If you are using the team plan, you will be billed for all users who have access to any of the plan’s features. The fee is prorated: users who gain access to plan features but were added at the end of the month will only be charged for the days following their addition.

No, there is no limit to the maximum number of users when purchasing a team package. However, the minimum number of users required to purchase such a package is 3.

Yes, you can change your team size at any point during your subscription. You’ll be charged a prorated fee for adding new users and a refund on your next payment for removing users.

To cancel a paid subscription, go to the “Billing” tab in the admin console and select Cancel Plan. To find the admin console, log in to the account you want to cancel and click on your profile picture at the top bar.

We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal date, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. After it expires, you will no longer be able to use the paid features and related data.
