    User Story Mapping

    Artifacts #

    What this step produces.

    User Story Map #

A visual map that arranges user stories along the user's journey, core activities on top and details below. It shows the whole product and helps decide what to build first.

    Release Slices #

Horizontal cuts of the story map, each one a set of stories that delivers usable value together. They turn a big scope into releasable steps.

    Walking Skeleton #

A thin, working end-to-end version of the product that connects all main parts. It is built first to prove the architecture and give the team a base to grow.

    Techniques #

    Techniques used in this step.
